ACCESS! is a privately owned company that has been specializing in
Call Center solutions designed to
maximize productivity for inbound/outbound call centers since 1991. Our
goal is to continually strive to innovate and perfect our software to meet
the needs of our clients. To this end we have an in-house software
development team and technical staff who have combined to successfully
install over 500 sites. Along the way they have gained a high degree of
technical expertise and practical experience resulting in a well thought
out products that have been implemented seamlessly with the wide array of
custom software of our clients.
Along the way
ACCESS! has also formed strategic partnership with software vendors
specializing in the collections industry, including CSS Impact, Central Credit, Columbia Ultimate, NCO Group, Latitude Software ,
Accelerated Data and others. Giving ACCESS! a solid foundation in the collection
industry. In fact our President, Mark Love, came from the collection field
and was once the president of the California Collection Association. One of
the cornerstones that has given ACCESS! such a strong foothold in the
collection industry is the development of our Integrated Predictive Dialer
(IPD).
Integrated
Predictive Dialing (IPD) is an open API we use to interface the ACCESS!
call center solutions with the wide variety of software programs our
resellers integrate with their host database. Our Microsoft NT based IPD
API product utilizes Intel call progress analysis boards for ISDN, digital,
and analog platforms.
The seamless integration of our (IPD) engine offers a
full-featured database management system with a state-of-the-art outbound
predictive dialing and inbound call control with automatic ANI screen pops.
This has allowed our partner to thrive in the collection industry by
offering state of the art true integration
Some other benefits of (IPD) is that it supports agents
making direct dials, scheduling call-backs, making flash-hook transfers (if
available on clients’ phone system), and single keystroke result
codes. It also supports floating agents, which gives clients the ability to
have agents easily log on and off the dialer from any PC without having
agents move to a PC dedicated as a dialer workstation.
ACCESS! offers speech
recognition, agent transfer capability (blind, attended, whisper. etc...), and soft PBX functionalities.
